Public Boil Water Rescind Notice
To the Customers who live on Lakeview Harbor in Pine Harbor subdivision OR ANY OTHER CUSTOMER IN THIS AREA THAT EXPERIENCED A WATER OUTAGE DURING THIS TIME.
on Thursday, February 6, 2025, the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ) required our public water system, Onalaska Water Supply Corporation (OWSC) PWS ID #1870009, to issue a Boil Water Notice (BWN) to inform certain customers who live on Lakeview Harbor in Pine Harbor subdivision OR ANY OTHER CUSTOMER IN THIS AREA THAT EXPERIENCED A WATER OUTAGE DURING THIS TIME., that due to a loss of pressure from a water main break, water from our system must be boiled prior to consumption.
Our system has taken the necessary corrective actions to restore adequate pressure, disinfectant levels, and/or bacteriological quality and has provided TCEQ with testing results that indicate that the water no longer requires boiling as of today, February 7, 2025.

To the customers who lost pressure in Bridgeview OR ANY OTHER CUSTOMER IN THIS AREA THAT EXPERIENCED A WATER OUTAGE DURING THIS TIME.

Public Notice to Boil Water
to the customers who live on Lakeview Harbor in Pine Harbor subdivision – OR ANY OTHER CUSTOMER IN THIS AREA THAT EXPERIENCED A WATER OUTAGE DURING THIS TIME.
Due to repairing lines (loss of pressure due to line repairs) on Thursday, February 6, 2025, the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality TCEQ) has required our water system, Onalaska Water Supply 1870009, to notify all customers who live on Lakeview Harbor in Pine Harbor subdivision - OR ANY OTHER CUSTOMER IN THIS AREA THAT EXPERIENCED A WATER OUTAGE DURING THIS TIME, the need to boil their water prior to consumption.
To ensure destruction of all harmful bacteria and other microbes, water for drinking, cooking, and making ice should be boiled and cooled prior to use. The water should be brought to a vigorous, rolling boil and then boiled for two minutes. In lieu of boiling, you may purchase bottled water or obtain water from some other suitable source.
When it is no longer necessary to boil the water, the water system officials will notify you that the water is safe for consumption. Instructions to discontinue boiling will be issued in the same manner as this notice.
